From 2004, member of the Team Europe expert committee established by the European Commission in the topic of regional policy. Secretary of the Economic Consultation launched in the autumn of 2005. Co-author and coordinator of the discussion paper “Vision Hungary 2025”. Chief coordinator of the development of the New Széchenyi Plan.
From 2010, head of the Strategic Think Tank and later Deputy State Secretary for economic planning, from 2012 State Secretary for planning coordination in the Ministry for National Economy.
In 2013–2016, executive director of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Central Bank of Hungary) in charge of economic strategy and planning.
